Bandini is a TV Serial on NDTV Imagine.
Plot of TV Serial Bandini:
Santo is an 18-year old illiterate young woman who came from a lower caste. She was brought to a city which is not known to her and her fate changed from there. She was forced to marry Dharamraj Mahiyanshi, a 51-year old widower who owns a diamond factory in Surat. The reason why he married Santo is to win the confidence of his workers. He doesn’t really care about her. Since she is not accepted by her husband’s family at first, she was confined to the servants’ quarter and was treated like a maid in spite of the fact that she is already a part of the household as Dharamraj Mahiyanshi’s legal wife. However, with her witty actions, she was able to help the family resolve the problems that they are facing. This changed her in laws’ treatment of her.
